METHODS OF ORGANIZING AND REALIZATION OF TRAINING ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF ADULTS

Abstract

In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of organizing and realization of training on the development of personal and professional qualities of adults is outlined. The main stages of development and realization of trainings (pre-training, training post-training stages) are characterized. Specific examples of the training typology are presented. The attention is drawn to the positive impact of various types of training on personal and professional development of adults. The appropriateness of using training as a method of harmonization of professional and personal growth of the individual abilities is substantiated.
