Scientific Works «Adult Education: Theory, Experience, Prospects» follows a full open access policy (Diamond Open Access).

All research articles published in the journal are made available on the official journal website free of charge immediately after the issue is published, with no embargo period, no subscription, and no restrictions on reading, downloading, using, or sharing the content in line with the journal’s licence.

The journal provides open access to full-text articles in order to support the wide sharing of research, increase the visibility of academic results, encourage academic exchange, and support the citation of scholarly publications.

The Diamond Open Access model means that the journal does not charge either authors or readers. Authors do not pay for manuscript submission, editorial review, peer review, or publication. Readers do not pay for access to full texts, viewing, downloading, or using the published materials within the terms of the current licence.

The costs related to the preparation, publication, technical support, and maintenance of the journal are covered by the founder, institutional support, partner support, grant funding, or other lawful sources.

All journal materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, unless stated otherwise. This licence allows users to read, download, copy, share, cite, reproduce, and reuse the published materials, provided that proper credit is given to the author(s), the journal is named as the place of first publication, a link to the licence is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

The editorial board supports the principles of transparency, ethics, and openness in scholarly communication and recommends that, whenever the materials are reused, the full bibliographic reference, the DOI, and a link to the official version of the publication on the journal website should be provided.
