ANDRAGOGUES PROFESSIONAL TRAINNING IN HUNGARY

Abstract

In the article described the socio-political, organizational and pedagogical peculiarities of the andragogues professional training system formation and development in Hungary; the legal support  (Decree of the Ministry of Human Resources 18/2016 (VIII. 5.) «On common requirements for the bachelors and masters training of professional education, as well as the general requirements for the teachers training2, Law 2On Adult Education2 etc.).  It has been substantiated the peculiarities of the organization and content of the andragogues professional training in universities of Hungary. It has been found that the andragogues training takes place at the level of Bachelor (Community Organization) and Master (Andragogy), which can be obtained in both pedagogical and non-pedagogical higher education institutions. On the basis of the analysis of curricula and programs of andragogues professional training, was determined the content features, in particular, it was shown that it is built on the principles of scientific, problematization, integrativeness, individualization, differentiation, variability, prognosticity, integrity. It was confirmed that a great deal of professional training made up  knowledge about human functioning in the modern labor market, principles of development and training of organizations employees and features of modern adult education technologies. The acquired knowledge can be useful for analyzing the status and changes of the adult education field, helping to plan, organize and promote adult education activities in accordance with current legislation and social, professional and educational standards. It was shown that an extremely important area of activity of andragogues in Hungary is to work on integrating the most vulnerable sections of the population into society, as well as developing educational, scientific, institutional and methodological skills.
