THE PLACE OF CREATIVE THINKING IN THE PROFESSIOGRAM OF A FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER

Abstract

The article analyzes the professiogram of a modern foreign language teacher, taking into account the requirements of the present; the components of the professiogram have been clarified, namely: basic, personal, social, professional; the model of creative thinking formation of future specialists is revealed, which is made up of natural abilities, internal personality factors, environmental determinants and acquired skills. The quality of training a future foreign language teacher directly depends on the socio-economic conditions and challenges which institutions of higher pedagogical education in the 21st century are facing with. Borders are torn away, opportunities for interethnic interaction both at the economic and cultural levels, the role of international communication is increasing, which leads to the construction of a qualitatively new training for a future teacher of a foreign language, viewing his professiogram and training procedures. The essential characteristics of creative thinking are the technological elements of educational activity which the teacher suggests or changes, depending on the situation; content elements of teaching (cultural and historical analogues, information data, own judgments); cognitive teaching methods (question, contradictions, generalization); actions that cause or stimulate the creative activity of students (approval, admiration, encouragement). It is proved that the creative thinking of a foreign language teacher ensures that he takes into account the psychological and age characteristics of students; use of modern forms, methods, techniques and teaching aids; creating an atmosphere that will contribute to the generation of new ideas and thoughts by students and the necessary creative environment, providing for changes in the spatial-subject environment, programs and teaching aids; an increase in project, team and group activities in the pedagogical process; a combination of classic options for organizing a learning space with the latest, for example, mobile workplaces and can be easily transformed for various activities; planning and design of classrooms, taking into account the requirements of ergonomics; using new IT technologies, new multimedia learning tools.
