COOPERATION OF SOCIAL PARTNERS IN TRAINING FUTURE MANAGERS IN A DUAL FORM OF EDUCATION: GERMAN EXPERIENCE
Abstract
Social partnership in any sphere of life is based on voluntary and mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at achieving certain common goals by its participants. Social partnership in vocational education is a special type of interaction between educational institutions and labor market entities and institutions, state and local authorities, and public organizations aimed at maximizing the coordination and consideration of all participants in this process. The formation of a system of social partnership in the current socio-economic and political environment is a rather lengthy and complex process which depends on a number of subjective and objective reasons, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of an educational institution with social partners depends on the degree to which it realizes its interests, which is primarily to train highly qualified specialists and is assessed by the degree to which it fulfills its main social function. The article proposes and analyzes the goals, forms and ways of realization of cooperation of social partners in training future managers in the dual form of education based on the analyzed experience of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW)). Attention is focused on the functional responsibilities of each subject of the educational process both in the educational institution and in the partner company. The importance of coordinated cooperation between university teachers and organizers of practical training at work is emphasized; the undoubted usefulness of such cooperation for future managers is established.
