SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS SPECIALISTS UNDER CONDITIONS OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
Abstract
The author analyzes the possibilities of non-formal education in providing educational services to specialists in physical culture and sports - physical culture teachers, athletes, coaches, who, under the conditions of modern civilizational transformation caused by war, are looking for appropriate ways to harmonize spiritual and physical forces, to form universal human values, physical and mental health, worldview, new value and meaning orientations. It was revealed that among the areas of self-development of physical culture and sports specialists there are opportunities to involve them in physical and psychological rehabilitation in rehabilitation centers, specialized schools, public organizations, and enterprises. Such work will require physical education teachers to create special programs not only for working with students and people with special needs. This requires the creation of self-development programs, mastering work methods and individual approaches to each of the participants in such an educational process. An important and widespread type of professional self-development is professional training, online courses designed for physical education teachers of various levels of training. Special attention is paid to the role of sports entrepreneurship and the importance of this activity for the professionals who are finishing their sports career. It was found that sports entrepreneurship is not only a strategic, but also a creative activity. The subject of sports entrepreneurship is excited by the process of gaining independence and self-realization. This activity is also a means of ensuring social recognition of the individual and increasing his business reputation as an entrepreneur. It has been proven that non-formal education is a key tool for retraining physical education and sports professionals, which opens up wide opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial skills through: online courses; networking at conferences, forums, and other events; thematic trainings; mentoring by experienced entrepreneurs, etc. Such training in non-formal education contributes to the development of strategic thinking, improvement of communication, leadership and other qualities of physical education and sports professionals to start their own business projects, etc.
