SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF ART AND ARTISTIC SPECIALITIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the challenges of implementing distance learning technologies in the professional training of students majoring in the art and artistic specialties at higher education institutions. The relevance of the study is justified by the transformation of the educational environment under the influence of digitalization, the need to ensure the continuity of the educational process, and the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies into the system of art education. The article defines distance learning as a modern form of organizing the educational process that uses information and communication technologies, digital educational platforms, and specialized software. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies for the formation of professional competencies of future specialists in the art and artistic specialties, in particular the development of spatial thinking, graphic literacy, creative abilities, and digital competence, is analyzed. The article reveals the peculiarities of using distance technologies in teaching art and artistic disciplines, particularly, the use of digital graphic editors, multimedia resources, interactive platforms, and visual communication tools that improve the effectiveness of the educational process. It has been determined that the introduction of distance learning technologies provides flexibility in the organization of learning, accessibility of educational resources, the possibility of individualizing educational activities, and the promotion of independent work of students. At the same time, specific difficulties of the application of distance learning technologies in art education have been identified, related to the need to ensure the practical component of training, the formation of artistic and practical skills, and direct creative interaction between teachers and students. It has been proven that an effective combination of traditional and distance learning improves the quality of professional training for future specialists in the art and artistic specialties, preparing them for professional activity and adaptation to the modern digital educational environment.
