TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS BY MEANS OF FACILITATION
Abstract
The article analyzes the facilitation methods that can be used to train future teachers. The effectiveness of the implementation of professional training is determined by the content of educational programs and the use of active learning methods in working with higher education students. It is emphasized the particular relevance of facilitation methods, the potential of which contributes to the actualization of internal mechanisms of personal development and self-improvement of future teachers. It has been determined that all methods can be classified depending on their application at different stages of work with students.It was defined that they can be classified into such groups as: exercises aimed at repeating the name; exercises aimed at memorizing the name through association or an interesting fact; exercises that help to learn more about each other. Methods at the stage of expectations are divided into the following groups: metaphorical, thorough, effective, and based on direct interaction between participants. The content of the facilitation methods aimed at working with the topic of the lecture is described in detail. The consensus method, the World Cafe, Open Space, and Positive Conflict are considered. The use of these methods increases the involvement and interest of participants in the process and outcome of group work; increases the speed and accuracy of information exchange; reveals the potential of each participant; creates conditions for generating new creative ideas; makes coordinated management decisions. The article analyzes the application of the methods in practice, considers the advantages of group work and determines the effectiveness of facilitation methods in the training of future primary school teachers. The organization of group work with the help of facilitation methods contributes to the integration of different points of view, the development of the ability of future primary school teachers to find a way out of the most difficult situations.
