PROFESSIONAL MASTERY OF A HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the process of digitalization of higher education: inconsistency and imbalance of digitalization of the organizational and didactic component of the educational process; the sequence of the digitalization process of education; systematic implementation of the digital strategy in the academic environment; it focus on increasing the efficiency of the educational process, development of the infrastructure of higher education institutions in accordance with the requirements of digitalization. It is defined the requirements to teachers for the effective use of the potential of digital tools, which would contribute to the improvement of the quality of education: the creation by educational institutions of a complete digital educational space that would harmoniously combine organizational, communication, and didactic components; improving the digital literacy of teachers; modernization of the learning process; the ability to harmoniously integrate digital resources into the educational environment of higher education institutions. It is proven that special attention is paid to the role of the teacher, his professional skill, ability to effectively use digital services and ICT in the organization and implementation of the educational process. Professional skills are realized in professional activity and are manifested in a high level of the art of organization and implementation of learning and educational processes. Based on the structure of professional activity, it is possible to single out the main areas of implementation of the professional skills of a higher school teacher, determined by the requirements for the development of digital strategies of higher education: stimulation of cognitive activity of students (use of services and platforms for online scribing, intellectual cards, video and audio resources); organization of effective communication (game exercises, «Associative bush» exercise, which are implemented using digital applications); obtaining objective information about the level of assimilation of knowledge, abilities and skills (quizzes, quests, the constructors of which are posted on the Vseosvita, LearningApps platforms).
